About Us

Hospitality Services is an event management and publishing company. It was founded in 1993 by father-daughter duo Nouhad and Joumana Dammous.

The firm organizes trade shows, exhibitions, forums and virtual events that stand at the heart of the region’s food, hospitality and tourism industries. Furthermore, the company has sound expertise in creating tailor-made events for its clients, providing a comprehensive service, from event design to production and logistics.

With a talented team of over 20 professionals, Hospitality Services is constantly evolving, adapting to new ways of working in a digital era while finding smart and effective tools to connect hospitality and foodservice professionals. By continuously investing in its websites, social media platforms and online services, the firm is helping companies build networks, acquire data, reach new prospects and position themselves as thought leaders.

In addition, Hospitality Services publishes three magazines — Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler. Available in print and digital format, each with its own dedicated online platform, the three publications serve as key references for the hospitality, food, lifestyle and tourism sectors.

OUR INITIATIVES

Hospitality Services is a socially responsible business, working closely with local NGOs, nonprofit associations and all those seeking to better Lebanon and the region at large. Through its exhibitions and publications, the company has supported associations such as Al Younbouh (Rehabilitation Center for Mentally Disabled Adults), the Association for Forests, Development and Conservation (AFDC), the Association for the Protection of Jabal Moussa, Chance (Children Against Cancer), FISTA Beirut for Special Needs, Paradis d’Enfants, Toufoula, Shouf Biosphere Reserve, DHIAFEE Program, Caritas, Restaurants du Coeur, Tamanna and many more.

ADFTH (l’Association pour le Développement de la Formation Touristique et Hotelière) has been supported by Hospitality Services through the Nouhad Dammous Prize of Excellence, which grants a USD 5,000 scholarship to a high-achieving hospitality student.

BEIRUT CAPITAL OF TASTE is a social initiative under the patronage of the Lebanese Ministry of Tourism and the Beirut Municipality that acts to reinforce Beirut’s worldwide reputation as a center for excellence, talent and creativity.

The initiative was launched at HORECA Lebanon and is promoted internationally through the firm’s events, publications and online platforms.

GOURMET WEEK promotes Lebanon’s F&B scene by encouraging foodies and locals to celebrate the finest culinary experiences in the country and discover the best tastes in town, with special promotions on offer throughout the week.
