Junior Project Coordinator
Hospitality Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Officer to join its dynamic team.
This role is ideal for a proactive and driven professional with a strong passion for project management and event operations.
The individual will support cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact B2B and B2C projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing project master plans and departmental timetables
- Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow up on project timelines, deliverables and reporting tools
- Assist in budget tracking and administrative follow-up
- Support sponsor and stakeholder coordination when required
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events or sales support (preferred)

Operations Officer
Are you a structured, proactive and solutions-driven professional with strong operational leadership skills? Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to support the efficiency, coordination and performance of our projects and departmental operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the smooth execution of projects and departmental activities by ensuring structured planning, effective coordination and adherence to internal procedures.
- Oversee and monitor project master plans and departmental timetables
- Ensure implementation of internal procedures and quality standards
- Liaise with the Managing Director, Project Managers and Heads of Departments to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings and track project progress
- Support on-site event operations and pre-event briefings
- Review and improve operational procedures and workflows
- Prepare post-event reports and performance statistics
Requirements

- 2years experience in operations, project coordination or event management

If you are passionate about sales, confident in building strong client relationships and motivated by targets and growth opportunities, we would love to meet you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and secure leads through calls, emails, meetings and networking.
- Interest in the Hospitality Sector
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Update and manage daily activities on CRM (Pipedrive)
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
- Respond to clients’ needs promptly and efficiently. Assist in planning and organizing their presence at events
- Might represent the company at industry events
- Effectively handle objections and apply consultative selling techniques
- Follow and fill in the requirements of the Sales Induction Checklist
- Develop a strong understanding of the Features Advantages Benefits (FAB) of each product and apply the FAB selling technique effectively.
- Use company sales tools, scripts and templates to standardize communication
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B is a plus)
